I am a wife and a mother of 3 kids.I have spent hours at the local hockey rinks as well as hours putting on makeup and fake eyelashes for my daughters dance competitions.
I am well acquainted with local groups,local people and the Cold Lake area as a whole. I have flipped hamburgers on main street for local charities and participated in community events for hospital fundraising. If you ask somebody in town if they know me you will most likely get a “yes” answer. The best advertisement is word of mouth and you would most certainly have some great opinions. I am super passionate about real estate. I love enlightening people on the current comings and goings and helping them make smart informed decisions…I tell it like it is. 🙂
The house may be blue and 1200 square feet on the inside but I will also find out its history and what makes up the “bones” of it. I am super patient and realize that buying a house isn’t like a pair of shoes..you can’t take it back so it better be the right decision. I have developed very strong and lasting friendships with many clients.
